£1.5 million bridging loan for property purchase

In this case, we completed a loan to a borrower who wanted to raise money for an onward property purchase. The deal evolved over time as the borrower was finalising arrangements that influenced the overall transaction. We adapted to this as was needed and took a fluid, commercial approach at all times through the deal. We were flexible around the borrower’s timeframe when they needed more time to formalise different components of the deal relating to the underlying asset that affected the loan.

We worked closely alongside the borrower’s finance broker at every stage of the deal to understand the particulars of the transaction and meet the borrower’s needs.
