Can Tenn offer high-value bridging loans quickly?

  • Yes. We do not believe that a bridging loan should take longer to deliver just because you want to borrow a significant amount of loan capital.

How fast can I draw down a loan?

We are built to move quickly, regardless of circumstance. Complex bridging loans, large loans, and using international property as security does not hamper our ability to move at pace. The fastest loan we have written was a €10 million-plus international bridging loan, which we delivered to our client in 12 days. We make lending decisions quickly and can complete deals fast when we have what we need to do so.

 

How much can I borrow?

Tenn lends upwards of £1 million. We are a multi-currency lender and offer loans in various currencies, depending on your plans and where you will use the loan.

We offer up to 75% LTV, depending on where the security is located.

We are comfortable writing large loans against a single asset, or we can offer loans secured against multiple residential properties allowing you to maximise what you can borrow. We can do this even if the properties are in different countries.

What does Tenn look for in a borrower?

We always want to see a quality borrower or a fantastic asset. When we see both, a positive lending decision is much easier.

We do not have fixed lending criteria and we are open to considering any scenario – tell us what you need, what your situation and we will look at more than just the hard facts to be able to offer you a loan. Because of the way we look at our clients, we can consider situations where you have challenging circumstances or property, a sensitive background, if you have little liquidity and so on.

All that said, in any deal, we will look at the asset, your net worth, income, plans and proposed exit.
