Global specialist lender brings in experienced technology and AI leader to accelerate platform innovation and operational scale
TENN, the provider of global short-term, multi asset financing solutions, has appointed Bobby Nastase as Chief Technology Officer.
The appointment underpins TENN’s ambition to place technology, AI and automation at the heart of its growth strategy as the business continues to scale its lending platform across its three core verticals of real estate, financial assets and fund finance.
Bobby is a technology and AI leader with extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and digital transformation programmes across multiple industries. He has led and architected automation initiatives responsible for millions of transactions annually, helping organisations reduce operational overhead, improve scalability and enhance their overall performance.
His track record includes delivering programmes that have generated multi-million-pound efficiency savings, underpinned by deep expertise across AI, cloud architecture, workflow automation, low-code platforms and large-scale operational transformation.
At TENN, Bobby will lead the company’s technology, AI and automation strategies, with an immediate focus on driving scale, efficiency and innovation across the business. He will work closely with the wider leadership team to enhance existing capabilities and drive the adoption of modern technologies that improve customer experience, performance and agility.
