TENN Capital appoints Rachel Parks as Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer

Digital transformation specialist to lead global specialist lender’s evolution into an institutional, multi-product credit platform

TENN, the provider of global short-term, multi asset financing solutions, has appointed Rachel Parks as Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer.

The appointment is another clear signal of TENN’s upwards growth trajectory, as the business prepares to transition from a founder-led lender into an institutional, multi-product credit platform, with Rachel leading the company-wide transformation.

Rachel is a digital transformation and product specialist with a strong track record of building and leading teams that use technology, data and insight to design user-centric, value-driven products and services. She has worked across a wide range of sectors, the most recent being the UK Civil Service, where she has driven transformational change to existing operating models and user experiences.

At TENN, Rachel will work closely with the CTO and CFO to shape the product platform and operating model, embedding governance and scalable processes to build fund, structured credit and trust platforms ready for institutional capital. She will oversee transformation delivery, cultural change and investor readiness, with an immediate focus on unlocking early value through process digitisation and improvement. Rachel will also develop the roadmap for iterative, high-impact change and product development.

Matt Watson, CEO of TENN, said: “TENN is at a pivotal point. We’re building the infrastructure and governance needed to operate as an institutional-grade credit platform, and that requires someone who understands how to drive transformation at pace without losing sight of what makes the business work.

“Rachel brings exactly that balance. She’s led major transformation programmes across complex organisations and knows how to deliver real, measurable change. Her appointment is a critical part of positioning TENN for its next chapter.”

Rachel Parks, Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer at TENN, added: “The opportunity to deliver fast, impactful transformation for TENN and its customers is genuinely exciting. The rapid development in AI technologies means we can think differently about how we design and deliver change, and the fact that the team is open and ready to embrace that opportunity gives me the ideal platform to work from.

“My immediate focus is on finding and releasing early value for the business and its customers, while building the foundations for sustainable, long-term growth across TENN’s platform.”
