Our client is a high-net-worth individual based in the Channel Islands who owns a luxury residential property in Jersey. They required a £3m loan for 24 months to cover expenses during a period of liquidity, pending the sale of their property. The loan is to be drawn in tranches to assist with works on the property and various investment opportunities.
