Tenn worked very closely with the client and their advisers to help arrange the finance requirement of a £16,000,000 loan at 70% LTV for a 12-month term. This required some intuitive problem-solving within Tenn to help the Borrower meet their objectives. Achieving this purchase also required a high level of careful planning, with an element of work required to be undertaken internationally.
