We have completed a bridging loan of just over EUR 12 million secured against two flats in a prime European country.
The borrower is a company. The loan will finance the purchase of the properties and provide additional liquidity to undertake light refurbishments on both assets. The loan will be repaid via the sale of the flats.
Significant equity was provided by the borrower provided equity, underpinning their confidence in the deal.
