TENN Capital appoints Christian Mathews as Executive Director, Commercial Real Estate

Seasoned real estate finance specialist joins global specialist lender to drive commercial lending growth

TENN, the provider of global short-term, multi asset financing solutions, has appointed Christian Mathews as Executive Director, Commercial Real Estate.

The appointment reinforces TENN’s commitment to scaling its commercial real estate lending capabilities as the business continues to expand across its three core verticals of real estate, financial assets and fund finance.

Christian brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance to the role, with 17 years spent at RBS in a series of senior origination and structuring roles. Most recently, he has moved into the private equity and private capital space, spending over a decade advising and arranging finance for complex real estate transactions across Europe.

Christian has built deep, long-standing relationships across the real estate sector, with a track record of structuring funding across residential, hospitality and complex development projects.

At TENN, Christian will focus on originating and building a strong pipeline of commercial real estate lending opportunities, leveraging established relationships with borrowers, lenders, intermediaries and advisers while developing new connections to support the business’ growth ambitions.
