TENN Capital appoints Victoria Calderbank as Chief Financial Officer

Global specialist lender strengthens executive team with experienced finance leader as it enters a new phase of growth

Guernsey, 12 May 2026 – TENN, the provider of global short-term, multi asset financing solutions, has appointed Victoria Calderbank as Chief Financial Officer.

The appointment marks a significant step in TENN’s ongoing evolution. The business is entering an ambitious new chapter, with plans to harness technology to scale its lending platform across its three core verticals of real estate, financial assets and fund finance.

Victoria is a chartered accountant and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience spanning financial services, regulatory compliance, management consulting and business transformation, having initially qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte.

Victoria co-founded Grayce in 2012, a professional services consultancy that has trained a generation of graduates through their development programme, deploying consultants and analysts to deliver digital and business transformation across large, complex, and blue-chip organisations.

Since her divestment in Grayce in 2018, Victoria has worked across a range of private ventures and advisory roles spanning financial services, asset development and business transformation, bringing hands-on commercial experience that is rarely matched by conventional CFOs.

At TENN, Victoria will be responsible for driving value creation through the evolution of its operating model. Her focus is on integrating advanced technology and data-led processes to enhance client delivery, evolve next-generation advanced control methodologies, and support scalable growth across the platform.

Matt Watson, CEO of TENN said: “Victoria’s track record is exactly what this stage of TENN’s growth demands. She’s built businesses and understands regulated financial services from the inside out.

“We’re bolstering our team with someone who understands exactly what it takes to scale an ambitious platform and has done so before. Victoria’s appointment is a clear signal of where TENN is heading.”

Victoria Calderbank, CFO at TENN said: “TENN is at a genuinely exciting juncture. The opportunity to harness technology to drive rapid, scalable growth in a business that already operates across major global markets is exactly the challenge I’m looking for.

“I’m joining the TENN team at a moment where my finance background and transformation expertise – at both corporate and private enterprise levels – aligns directly with TENN’s ambition. The timing is right, the foundations are in place, and I’m delighted to be part of our accelerating growth and success.”

TENN Capital was founded in 2021 and offers financing solutions to UHNWIs, HNWIs, companies, trusts, foundations and funds across three core verticals.
